Why Local Food?
Headwaters is is not just the source of  four of Ontario's major rivers  (the Grand, Nottawasaga, Humber, and Credit) , but it is also a rich agricultural landscape on the doorstep of the Greater Toronto Area. Local food is sustainable and supports local employment.
